Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Plume website and interface (the “Interface”). By accessing or using the Interface, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.
1. The Interface is non-custodial
Plume is a purely non-custodial, front-end interface that helps you view on-chain market data and construct blockchain transactions. Plume does not take custody of your assets, does not hold your private keys, and cannot access, move, freeze, or recover your funds. All transactions are initiated and cryptographically signed by you using your own wallet, and are executed by public smart contracts on the Robinhood Chain that we do not control.
2. Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the Interface is prohibited by applicable law or sanctions. You are solely responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to you.
3. No financial, investment, or legal advice
Nothing on the Interface is financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and nothing should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Market data (prices, market caps, volumes, “bonding curve” progress, safety indicators, and similar) is provided for informational purposes only, may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete, and comes from third-party sources. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
4. Assumption of risk
Trading digital assets — and especially newly created or “meme” tokens — is extremely risky. You acknowledge and accept, among other things:
- Prices are highly volatile; you may lose some or all of your funds.
- Tokens may be illiquid, malicious, mislabeled, or created to defraud (“rug pulls”). We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee any token.
- Smart contracts may contain bugs or be exploited; transactions on public blockchains are generally irreversible.
- Blockchain networks, wallets, and third-party services may fail, be delayed, or be attacked.
5. Fees
Trades executed through the Interface may include a platform fee collected by Plume, in addition to liquidity-pool fees charged by the underlying decentralized exchange and network gas costs. Applicable fees are disclosed in the trade preview before you sign. Fees may change; the fee in effect at the time of your transaction applies.
6. Third-party services
The Interface relies on and links to third-party services and infrastructure, including but not limited to blockchain RPC providers, launchpad and market-data APIs, decentralized exchanges, wallet providers, and hosting providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and their use may be subject to their own terms and policies.
7. No warranty
The Interface is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or that the Interface will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plume and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, tokens, or data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Interface, even if advised of the possibility. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to Plume in the 30 days preceding the claim or US$100.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plume and its contributors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Interface or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
10. No affiliation with Robinhood
Plume is an independent, community-built interface. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its affiliates. “Robinhood Chain” refers to the underlying blockchain network only.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms or the Interface at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be directed to the project’s official channels.
